3-Hour Hands-On Cooking Class in New Orleans
Chef Eric and his crew were the BEST. We had great fun cooking, relaxing, visiting with other participants and NOT cleaning up.

We were with our traveling couple friends and thought this would be a fun heat of the day activity while in NOLA. It turned out to be much more than that! Great food…entertaining chef…and great afternoon!

3-Hour Hands-On Cooking Class in New Orleans
I had been wanting to do this class for at least 2-3 years when I first picked up the pamphlet on our last visit. Chef Ricardo was our Chef for the evening. He was very informative and fun to learn from. Our group of ten got along well and had a great time. The food was off the hook and I just can’t wait to get back home so I can start to cook for family and friends. Thank you New Orleans School of cooking, another item checked off the ‘ol Bucket List!

3-Hour Hands-On Cooking Class in New Orleans
Chef Molly was very versatile, knowledgeable and personable. We learned a lot and the food was amazing! Waaayyyy more than you can eat! Definitely adding the Pecan Rice and Fish Almondine into our rotation! I was always intimidated to cook, but she taught us how simple and delicious it can be!

New Orleans Cooking Class
My husband and I had a GREAT time in our cooking class. Our chef, Rene, was wonderful, informative, and funny. The demonstration was great but getting to snack on all the food was greater! We also loved getting to chat with everyone in the class and made several new friends. Looking forward to trying out our new recipes and spices at home. GREAT experience!
