They really know their stuff! Fun and beautiful tour. It went by very fast and the tour guides know the history of the places.

Red rocks amphitheater closed

The guide was very nice but we were extremely disappointed to see that the red rocks amphitheater was closed and that we couldn't even see it. It was 1/3 of the tour! And when we asked, we were told that we could "at least hear the accoustic." I know that another tour customer, very disappointed as well, planned on coming back this morning just to see the amphitheater, and that she paid for a taxi to get there! When we booked the tour, no one warned us that this might happen which is very misleading. I personnaly booked this tour especially for the red rocks amphitheater. When we asked security, they told us that it was very often closed in the afternoon because they were preparing for the evening concerts. So there is no way that the tour company didn't know about this.

Disappointing did get to see the main attraction (Red Rocks Amphitheater)

Pro: Friendly and knowledgeable tour guide Con: The main attraction that everyone who booked the tour wanted to see was Red Rocks Amphitheater but unfortunately when we arrived the main area was closed off. Everyone was so disappointed. It's not the tour company or guide’s fault but its worth noting to avoid booking this tour when there's a concert on. Though when this happens it would have been good if the guide had a back up plan (i.e go check if the main area is opened, if it's not only spend 10 mins there and do additional stops near the outside areas) so it doesn't feel like such a waste of time. Echo lake was just so so - nice enough but nothing out of the ordinary. Would definitely recommend Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak full day tour over this.

This tour was very informative! We saw areas of Colorado that we may not have made time for in our schedule. One wish that I have is that we would spend at least an hour in Evergreen on future tours. We really didn’t have enough time to check the town out. Otherwise it was a great tour! I would go again!
