This was the best food, entertainment, and history of New Orleans that we have encountered. Pat was an absolute delight. It was the best money spent on our trip.

Great experience. Anne, the chef, was so funny and warm and down home!! Food was delicious too! The only bad part was the banging, clanging and arguing going on in the kitchen at the same time as our demonstration. She tried to yell at them to stop and to quiet down, but it was noisy for quite a while.

Loved the funny stories Harriet told, the food was delicious. She was a great teacher who emphasized how we can change up recipes and use what we had or liked. We bought so many spices and seasonings in the gift shop, looking forward to using them!
