Was helpful in locating an ATM and patient because it was the slowest machine I have ever used. The ride was comfortable and the driver friendly.

Even though we had a significant one hour delay in Sao Paulo due to them taking baggage off the plane for several people that didn't make the flight, my driver was still there waiting for me as I came out of baggage claim. In the past, I've had transportation arranged that wasn't there if there were any delays (airline, baggage, or customs) beyond 30 minutes. I was SO grateful to see my name on the drivers phone. The car was in great condition and we were able to fit all of my luggage in it...even though I've never learned how to pack light. I will absolutely use the same company on every return trip to Rio.

They were not there . Going I sent them email saying I would be late. I did not get a response. When I got to rio I could not figure out who it might of been. So I bought a taxi. I tried cancelling the pickup from hotel to airport since I did not see them when I got to rio. They did not respond back. So I tried cancelling the Whole private transfer. Other than that the trip was amazing

We reserved 3 cars for 8 people, but unfortunately the cars were small and trunks didn’t have enough space for our luggage. And ended up by putting the luggage on the front seats while we were 3 people sitting at the back seat!

Everything was perfect. Was met by Gabriel, a very friendly gentleman who carried a sign with my name. He escorted me to driver and car. Safe and courteous driver. Highly recommend this service especially after a long flight.

Driver was more than 30 mins late picking us up. We were one of the first couples to the waiting area after picking up our luggage and, we were the last ones picked up. We were ready to give up and hire a taxi.

First when we arrived at airport after luggage pick up, we were greeted with our name well displayed by tour representative. It was after that, things became a bit chaotic. It was like they didn’t know what to do with us. After 25-30 minutes we were transferred to the driver with the car. Barely had room for our suitcases. One luggage had to be put in front passenger seat. However, our driver brought us to our hotel as agreed.
