Bad experience, driver never showup

Very disappointed. I arrived at 4pm, it took me 1 hour in immigration, then I picked up my luggage and when I went to the pick up area, nobody was waiting for us. We waited for 1 hr and then I called to Viator and then I was told that they will try to email the dispatcher and they will call me back in 40 minutes. Nothing ever happened. I called one more time, I spoke with another agent, and I was told that they will try to find another dispatcher, but they never called me back or sent anybody to pick me and my family up. I was told for the 2nd time that Viator was unable to get a hold of a dispatcher which we then had to wait another hour. When I spoke with the 3rd agent, she informed me that I was able to get a refund for this booking. I am requesting a FULL refund for my booking, which was scheduled for 12/20 and also for 12/27. Please advise what information is needed so I can receive my entire refund for this poor experience.
